Tracking your order

Everything you've bought on pinpinmo lives in one place: your orders page. Sign in with the email you used at checkout and you'll see each order's status — paid, in production, shipped, delivered — along with tracking links once parcels are on their way.

Your order number starts with PPM and is in your receipt email. If you prefer not to sign in, the order tracker lets you look up a single order by number.

A few things worth knowing:

• Physical items are printed on demand, so "in production" for 2–5 business days is normal — the parcel hasn't stalled.
• When an order ships, the tracking link is also emailed to you automatically.
• Digital items skip shipping entirely: the download link arrives by email right after payment.
