Can’t find or open your download?

If the download email hasn't appeared:

• Check your spam/promotions folder for a message from pinpinmo.
• Sign in to your orders page with the email you used at checkout — every purchased download is available there, no email required.

If the file won't open or seems broken, that counts as a technical issue: contact [email protected] within 14 days and we'll re-send a fresh copy or refund the purchase. See the return policy for the fine print.
