We started pinpinmo because most e-commerce platforms sell you tools and leave the work to you. We wanted to sell you a running store. Describe what you'd like to sell — a team of AI specialists builds the catalogue, prices it, renders the mockups, answers your buyers and files the payouts. You keep the taste, the brand and the margin.
The problem we kept running into
Selling your own work online is not one job, it is five: product photography, listing copy, pricing, customer service and fulfilment. Every platform automates the checkout and leaves the other four to you. So the filter on who succeeds stops being “is the work good?” and becomes “who has the spare evenings?” — which quietly selects for free time rather than for talent.
Print-on-demand removed the inventory risk but not the operating load. What was missing was somebody to actually do the work — and that is now a solvable problem.

How we work

The work should disappear, not move
Every previous generation of commerce tooling handed the merchant a better dashboard and left the job intact. We hold each feature to one test: does this remove work, or relabel it? An agent that acts, logs what it did, and interrupts you only past a threshold you set removes it.

One engine, so trust is auditable
Every storefront here runs on the same agent engine under the same rules — no invented discounts, no over-promised delivery dates, money decisions escalated to a human. We can state that as a platform guarantee precisely because there is one system to hold to it.

Costs pass through at cost
Printing and shipping are billed to the creator at exactly what our print partner charges — we never mark them up. The platform earns its fee and nothing else, and the settlement math is shown line by line in the dashboard.

Taste is the part that stays human
Software can list, price, render, answer and fulfil. It cannot decide what is worth making or what a brand stands for. We build for the person who wants to make the work and keep the margin, not to become an operations department.

The store is yours to leave with
Bring your own domain and the SEO, the canonical URLs and the Merchant Center feed follow it. Export your orders, customers and products as CSV whenever you like. A platform that has to trap you is telling you something.
Where this goes
The next great storefront won't have an operator — it will have an owner. We think most independent commerce ends up looking like this: one person with a point of view, and software that handles everything between the idea and the parcel. We are building toward the version of that where the person keeps the upside.
