Receipts and order confirmations
Right after checkout you receive a receipt email listing what you bought, what you paid (including the shipping breakdown), and your PPM order number.
That order number is the key to everything:
- Track the order on your orders page or the order tracker.
- Quote it in any email to [email protected] for the fastest help.
- Use it when requesting a return or replacement.
