Orders & fulfilment
Orders and fulfilment — what you actually do
The honest answer: for most orders, nothing. The pipeline is fully automatic —
- Shopper pays → payment is processed by Stripe.
- Physical items go straight into production with our print partner.
- The parcel ships with tracking, and the shopper gets tracking emails automatically.
- Digital items deliver instantly by email.
Where you watch it: Dashboard → Orders shows every order's live status — paid, in production, shipped, delivered — with the same tracking your customer sees.
The parts that can involve you:
- Returns — damaged/defective/mis-print claims appear in Dashboard → Returns with the shopper's photos attached. Depending on your guardrail levels, your team either resolves them automatically or queues them for your call.
- Reviews — new reviews land in Dashboard → Reviews, where you (or your team) can reply.
- Customer questions — Vera handles these on the storefront; you read the transcripts in Customer service.
Money flow: each sale's production cost and actual shipping pass through at cost; the rest, minus the platform take rate, accrues to your balance — full breakdown in earnings.
