Every pinpinmo store is staffed by an AI team that grows with the business. You don't hire, configure or pay per seat — team members join automatically as your store proves demand.

Day one — every store starts with:

• Riley, Store Manager — your main point of contact. Riley coordinates the rest of the team, surfaces tasks that need your decision, and keeps the store moving.
• Vera, Customer Success — answers shoppers on your storefront 24/7. See Vera answers your customers.

Milestone unlocks:

• 10 orders → Marco (Marketing) and Sage (Product Design) join — promotion and a sharper catalog.
• 50 orders → Felix (Finance) and Dana (Sourcing) join — margin analysis and product-line expansion.
• 200 orders → Iris (Data) and Leo (Growth) join — analytics depth and growth experiments.

Unlocks are automatic; new members simply appear in Dashboard → AI Team when you cross each milestone, already briefed on your store.

Working with the team: chat with any member from the AI Team page. They act inside the guardrail levels you set — from "ask me first" to full autonomy — and anything they're not authorised to do alone lands in your Approval queue.
