Use your own domain

Every store ships with a free subdomain — yourname.pinpinmo.com — live from the moment you launch. When you're ready for your own domain:

• Add the domain in Dashboard → Store settings.
• At your DNS provider, create a CNAME record pointing your domain (e.g. shop.yourbrand.com) at connect.pinpinmo.com.
• Wait for DNS — propagation usually takes under an hour. HTTPS certificates provision automatically once the CNAME is visible; there's nothing to upload or renew.

Good to know:

• Your pinpinmo.com subdomain keeps working alongside the custom domain — links never break.
• Apex/root domains (yourbrand.com without a subdomain): some DNS providers don't allow CNAME at the apex — use their ALIAS/ANAME record type, or put the store on a subdomain like shop.yourbrand.com.
• The status indicator in Store settings shows exactly where the connection is: waiting for DNS, issuing certificate, or live.

If the domain still isn't live after a few hours, the CNAME usually isn't visible yet — check with your DNS provider's own lookup tool, or email [email protected] and we'll diagnose it with you.
