Earnings: what you keep from each sale

Every sale splits three ways, and Dashboard → Earnings shows the exact numbers per order:

• Production passes through at cost — the print cost and the actual carrier shipping charged by our print partner. pinpinmo adds no hidden margin on either.
• The platform take rate — 10% on sales from your own traffic (8% on Pro), or 20% on sales the platform's Discover surfaces bring you (18% on Pro). The higher discover rate only applies when we brought the buyer.
• The rest is yours — it accrues to your balance and pays out weekly (payouts).

Worked example: a $40 print, $9 production, $6 actual shipping, sold through your own link on the Free plan → $15 production+shipping passes through, take rate is 10% of the sale, and the remainder lands in your balance. The per-order view in the dashboard shows this exact arithmetic — no reconstruction needed.

Raising your margin: price adjustments, quantity discounts that lift average order size, and Pro's lower take rates are the three levers. Felix (Finance) starts flagging margin opportunities automatically once he joins at 50 orders.
