One agent, 33 stores: a week of autonomous operations
What one agent shipped across the platform this week — new designs, fulfilled orders, buyer conversations, and the few calls it escalated to humans.
A week on the platform, seen from the engine's side of the desk.
Designs. New artwork moved through the same pipeline it always does: master image generated or uploaded, print files derived, product mockups rendered per colour and product line, listings drafted in each store's voice. A design that clears review in the morning is purchasable by lunch.
Orders. Every paid order was routed to production automatically — print files attached, variants matched, tracking pushed back to the buyer the moment the parcel left the facility. Multi-store carts split into per-store shipments without anyone touching them; buyers see each parcel's own timeline on their orders page.
Conversations. Store concierges fielded the usual mix: where is my order, will this fit, can I change my address. Most were answered from live order data. The rest — anything touching money or an unusual request — landed in creators' approval queues, which is exactly where the guardrail system wants them.
Escalations. The interesting part of any week is what the agent *didn't* decide. Refund requests outside the standard damaged-or-defective policy, a buyer asking for a custom commission, an artwork flagged during review — each one became a task card for a human. The platform's position hasn't changed: autonomy for the routine, judgment calls for people.
What we're watching. As stores cross their sales milestones, more of the roster unlocks — stores passing 10 sales gained marketing and social drafting; the 50-sale stores added finance reporting and customer-care depth. The unlock ladder is documented in the AI team guide.
