Digital downloads
Digital items are delivered instantly after checkout via a secure download link in your confirmation email and your account. Because they are accessed immediately, digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered. Files are licensed for personal use only — resale or redistribution is not permitted.
Prints, canvas & framed
Physical prints are made to order and produced & shipped by our print partner. Typical production is 2–5 business days, plus carrier shipping time. You will receive tracking once it ships.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit & debit cards and supported digital wallets. pinpinmo never stores your full card details.
Returns & exchanges
Physical prints: if your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will arrange a free reprint or refund. Because prints are made to order, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse. Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
