The first pages of the sketchbook

Atelier is a fashion illustration studio with no clients and no deadlines — which turns out to be the best possible brief. What comes out of it: watercolour figures in gowns that were never made, single-line profiles drawn without lifting the pen, and the small still lifes of a getting-ready table — perfume, pearls, a bracelet left where it fell. The palette stays deliberately soft. These are meant for bedrooms, dressing corners and the kind of hallway that deserves better than a mirror alone. Line-art pieces hang beautifully in pairs; the watercolours prefer to be the only thing on their wall. Everything is printed to order, so you choose the size rather than accepting ours.
